form an online form or a handwritten or typed letter. Do whatever is most

Trans union has an excellent form letter that is
also a good example of what you would want to put in a letter. You certainly
do not have to use their form. A letter also works.

Your letter doesn't have to have great detail. In fact unless you have hard evidence you are best keeping it short and sweet. An example would be I was never late on my account abc account# 123 please make the necessary corrections.
